Couto joins Omni as CTO
Paulo Couto will re-engineer processes, modernise systems to improve responsiveness and introduce services that make customers successful. His leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of OHI.

Omni Helicopters International (OHI) has appointed Paulo Couto as chief transformation officer. In this role, Couto will be responsible for driving transformational programmes and innovation efforts to enable OHI's accelerated growth objective of becoming the leading global air mobility and delivery provider.

With over 25 years of experience in business transformation and strategic leadership in a broad range of industries, Couto brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role at OHI. He has a proven track record of developing and executing transformative strategies that enhance operational efficiency, foster innovation and drive sustainable growth. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School in the US and a BSc in production engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.
